Alistair was easy to talk with, genial but very professional in his diagnoses and kept me fully informed at each stage of the installation of a new motor and his thorough checks the Beam system was restored to ‘full health’. A good ambassador for Beam and clearly highly-skilled and very personable.

From start to finish a brilliant service. Both the service engineer and receptionist were pleasant and helpful. When a cancellation came up in my area they phoned and were able to fix my Beam vacuum 2 weeks quicker than I was expecting.

Beam vacuum system the best. In a house with people with allergies it is essential. I rang last week and the engineer rang with a cancellation. So service was ahead of time.
The engineer was speedy professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Thank you all for your service.
