Engineer was early on site & completed the service efficiently & quickly. No reflection on the service provided but I do think the cost of spares are very high. I hope I won't need anything for quite some time

Staff are very helpful. I rang with a problem with my system and they suggested ways to sort it out which worked very well. I also organised a service for the motor which was carried out efficiently. I have had the beam for over 20 years and I am very pleased with the system.

Excellent. Paul engineer helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. If you read the other testimonials it says it all. If you haven’t got a beam vacuum system and are building a new house I would strongly advice you to get one installed
