I attended Beate Brüggemeier, 2-day training, the Pracitioner training and the WK Master.
It is certainly challenging to keep reminding yourself of this, especially when it becomes difficult in dealing with others or high workload. It takes perseverance to make a noticeable change. But in my eyes, it is always worth it. Appreciative Communication gives me so many tools that I can use every day. Both when it comes to recognizing what is really important to me and what I need right now, and in relation to other people who, of course, do not always do what corresponds to my favorite strategy. She helps me take good care of myself and at the same time see what other people need. It supports me when I have a full desk and am therefore also emotionally challenged. And in times where more and more work is spread over fewer and fewer heads, it reminds me that it is incredibly important to maintain good togetherness. In my opinion and experience, there are ALWAYS possibilities and consensus solutions that involve all parties involved, if the willingness is there - professionally and privately. This is exactly why Appreciative Communication is such an important building block in my life. I never tire of talking about how it makes my life easier. I want to encourage others to persevere and discover the power of this language. So now I do trainings with Beate in the tax office.
