Very competent, comprehensive and also uncomplicated real estate valuation.
Mr. Berger took a lot of time during the site visit and addressed all questions and problems. At the end you got a very detailed appraisal.

Mr. Berger prepared a brief appraisal for us. The entire communication was both professional and pleasant, the appraisal was prepared very quickly.

I hope it remains the only appraisal we need in the near future, otherwise I would say: Gladly and immediately again!

We can recommend Mr. Berger without hesitation.
We needed Mr. Berger, because we have inherited an apartment. We did not know how much this apartment is worth.I found Mr. Berger via google and decided for him because of his many positive reviews on google. I left him a message and the very next day I got a nice feedback.
Mr. Berger explained every step very well. He was always helpful and very friendly. Thanks to him we now know for what price we can sell this apartment. Mr. Berger was always available by phone and e-mail. Every question was answered. He worked very professionally. What I found particularly attentive was that Mr. Berger put on shoe heels when he inspected our apartment so that it would not get dirty. A small detail, but one that was very impressive to me.
By the way, he is also available for appointments on weekends and came to Randberlin for us. We will certainly need Mr. Berger more often and will definitely recommend him! Thank you very much Mr. Berger for your help.

Mr. Berger provided us with a living space calculation and floor plans in the shortest possible time, even came by again on a Saturday morning to take a missing measurement and sent us the finished appraisal on the same Saturday afternoon. Now nothing stands in the way of our notary appointment! I can unreservedly recommend Mr. Berger and thank him again for his first-class appraisal, his time flexibility and customer orientation!
