I was very happy to give this rating a straight "1", "very good", as we were extremely satisfied with the performance of the entire Fam Stolz team involved. When we needed quick and practical solutions to problems that naturally arose in connection with the nursing staff, we were helped quickly, competently and with great commitment. All contacts were always very friendly and characterized by genuine sympathy. We were therefore very happy to use the services of the Betreuungswelt agency for a period of almost two years until my mother passed away. Once again, many thanks to the entire Stolz family. Whenever there were problems with the care services, the agency was extremely exemplary in addressing our concerns.
I can recommend them to anyone.
