I was able to find MY box spring bed today at the Esswein specialty store. I'm really looking forward to using it and floating on clouds. Lasting feeling of happiness included 😊😇.

Mr. Kasten has completely engaged with me during the consultation, which is why I felt very comfortable. He listened carefully to what I wanted and needed, advised me professionally, competently and very individually - without ever being pushy. Every star awarded is therefore absolutely justified!

I was allowed to test lie in all constellations to be 100% sure. I felt at home and they took a lot of time - for all my questions and to be able to put together my bed completely individually. I never felt like I had to buy a bed and/or was talked into one.

In the end, I chose the bed that Mr. Kasten recommended to me from the beginning 🤩.

THANK YOU again for the wonderful and pleasant advice - I will highly recommend this specialty store! 😊

We were at Bettenhaus Esswein today. Our interest was in a box spring bed. We bought an upholstered bed. We were received incredibly friendly by a Mr. Kasten. He was very interested in our needs and wishes and immediately started with a very competent consultation. We never had the feeling that he wanted to force something on us or sell us something we didn't want, on the contrary we were able to test many different options. In the end, the overall package price performance competence friendliness convinced us.
