Despite contacting me several times about my interest in buying a property in Dresden, no response from the estate agent. I wrote and wrote again, phoned again. "Someone will get back to you ..." But nothing happened. Bad luck for the seller, annoying for the prospective buyer!

Mr. Jaschinski rented out our apartment. He was always easy to talk to, worked transparently and presented the apartment in an appealing way on the portals. We would personally use him as a maker again at any time. With regard to Better Homes as an organization, we see limitations, as we had already commissioned Better Homes last year, but the first agent disappeared around the turn of the year and we only got assigned Mr. Jaschinski after repeated inquiries. We lost around 2 months as a result.

We advertise a private property.
A Mrs. Melanie Halas from Betterhomes calls and tells me that they have specific search requests that match our property. A colleague would come by to get a personal impression and make an assessment. Completely free of charge and without obligation. When I asked, they explained that there was no contract and that they were only looking for interested parties.

The colleague then called to arrange an appointment. He wanted to explain their range of services to us during the appointment and explain exactly what he could do for us. After I explained to him the previous telephone call and that I did not want an estate agent as I was selling privately, he said that we did not need an appointment.

In my eyes, this kind of thing is a fraudulent attempt to obtain an appointment and deliberate deception.
