We have been using the BD-Sales Rims module for about 1 year. The processing of orders has always been very fast and professional. Through the connection to the order portal, the requests are processed very quickly and I can usually give the customer feedback on his rim damage on the same day. The handling with shipping and pickup works without any problems. Special requests were also implemented here in an uncomplicated manner.
As a suggestion for improvement, I would like to have the option of selecting a desired collection date in the system. Currently, a pickup is triggered directly by the accepted processing order. Here, the customer would often want to plan a special date.
