I am absolutely delighted with the collaboration! My application documents were not only raised to a whole new level in terms of language, but also strategically tailored to my desired position. Ms. Krohmer was able to adapt to my situation very quickly, which immediately created a very trusting atmosphere. She helped me a lot with my applications (job advertisements and speculative applications) and the management coaching also helped me a lot. She also gives you firm but friendly feedback when you are heading down the wrong path.

Ms. Krohmer was also available at short notice in urgent cases and always had an open ear and quickly worked out very suitable solutions with me.

I have downloaded a super great application template here. The design is very nice and professional. First I bought another template from Easy and I couldn't get along with it. The template was full of text boxes that kept shifting. In this template that was not the case, I asked for that in a previous call. I was able to enter my data here without any problems, nothing shifted and everything is where it should be. Perfect! Many thanks to the team!

Ms. Krohmer has managed after a short time with empathy and commitment to present solutions that impress me very positively. The cooperation is already after 4 weeks more successful than with the "so-called" headhunter's after a year!!!

There is a lot of movement in the HR sector. But that does not mean that HR contact persons also have experience. Through such "inexperience" or incompetence, I have already invested a lot of time as "teaching money".

But the performance I have experienced here compensates 100%!

The saying, "You are measured by what you do, not what you say." is completely true here. The author has "delivered" what she promises and that is fun and builds confidence. Therefore, a big thank you and we will definitely stay in touch ๐Ÿ˜Š!
