Since Bien-Zenker had already been recommended to me by my acquaintances, this was also my first port of call for advice. The consultation then also took place promptly without any major waiting time and was also comprehensive. Questions were always answered quickly by my sales expert. I also found it very positive that my sales expert checked with me at regular intervals to see if everything was running to my satisfaction. During the sampling in Mühlheim-Kärlich, I received excellent advice and support from the team there. The friendliness and helpfulness shown to me was impressive. During the later construction phase, my impression of the quality of the materials used and the competence of the individual construction teams was confirmed. My house is currently in the interior finishing phase, and I expect to keep my very positive impression of Bien-Zenker until the house is handed over. There are two points that I would like to point out to Bien-Zenker for continuous improvement. Firstly, the necessary updating of the information/calculation of the flat-rate ancillary construction costs, in particular the estimate of the costs for earthworks and outdoor facilities. This is necessary and important for the end customer so that he can make a realistic planning of his costs / financing. The second suggestion for improvement is to increase the presence and communication on the part of the construction management employed by Bien-Zenker. For the client, the construction manager is the most important contact person during the construction phase, and communication should also be actively carried out by the construction manager during this time, which unfortunately was not the case with me and is currently still the case.
