Es gibt immer wieder einen Ratschlag, was man für sich persönlich noch verbessern kann. Gerade in diesen Zeiten der Pandemie helfen die Atemübungen vortrefflich um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Noch besser: meide die Medien, sie verfolgen oft nur den Zweck, Auflagen zu steigern.

Frau Jendrosch ist eine ganz besondere Lehrerin mit viel Hingabe und persönlichem Feingefühl. Meine Ausbildung bei ihr war herausfordernd und ich habe mit ihrer Unterstützung so viel gelernt. Danke für diese tolle Zeit und Erfahrung.
