I have ordered the first time at Bizdrinks and would like to give my opinion here:
Positive: The purchase has moved me the friendly, positive and extensive advice. The offer is sufficient and I think there is something for everyone. Since the cans (Energy Drink Zero) are primarily intended as a promotional gimmick, I had no special ideas here. Overall, I found the contact with Bizdrinks as positive.
+ As a new customer, a discount was granted in an uncomplicated manner within reasonable limits.
Negative: However, I noticed a few things that distort the whole picture somewhat.
1. on the one hand I am on the bill startled when I saw that yes still deposit comes on top of it. Sure I could have thought of that but it is mMn. Tricky made because it does not show the deposit when creating the cans on the website. I was then told that the deposit will be listed later in the shopping cart. But since I ordered by mail and not directly via the homepage, my price expectation was exceeded by far.
2) I found the design team to be somewhat uncreative and lackadaisical. Sure, my design was made as I wanted it but also "only" so. I would have liked to see more initiative here, to make a suggestion to the customer and not just do it by the book. Also, the look of the final print (matte) does not look like the samples but seems a bit cheap (although it is more expensive). Here I would in the future EVER take the glossy variant.
What is also still negative is the fact that the logo or the print is not always in the same place. Sometimes the print is nice and centered with the opening and the next can completely on the side. This also contributes to a not so high-quality look.
I would possibly still order again here also with the "errors" in mind since I know them now. Evtl I would adapt the design to come before this.
