Absolutely competent advice

We have ordered a hard cover at the company Blubbertopf and are very satisfied! In 190cm round, we found them almost nowhere, but got them at Blubbertopf at a very good price! Within 3 days, the goods were there and we were regarding some questions, excellent advice. We can recommend the company only best! The owners are very sympathetic and helpful. One is just great care ... which is no longer common today.

The bubble pot to borrow on the car trailer was totally super for our bachelorette party!
We had a lot of fun, the water was pleasantly warm in no time with only about a wheelbarrow of wood and also thanks to the insulated cover the next day still at about 32 °. Thanks to the detailed instructions and thanks that all the necessary accessories are included, it was quite easy for us.
Put in the water, heat it up, plug in the power cord (was also included) for the bubble jets and LED lighting and off we go!
After the fun, the short work - let the water out, clean everything up and we were done.

this time I have to give 5 stars in the categories advice, friendliness and service. Thank you for the uncomplicated and really fast replacement of our defective component and for the tips on how to temporarily continue to operate the hot tub.

We became aware of the "bubble pots" on the Internet and set out from Thuringia to visit the exhibition. During the friendly consultation, a positive level was immediately formed and all our questions were answered 100%. On the same day we received the offer of the 8-cornered hot tub by e-mail (it can't be faster). After ordering it, the pickup in Bad Steben was planned by phone and this was tackled 4 weeks later. Here, too, everything went smoothly, the bubble bath was loaded on the trailer and all accessories found room in the car. Thanks to the detailed assembly instructions, it was in its intended place 3 weeks later. Since then we have a lot of fun with the part and have not regretted it at all to have purchased. The telephone support, with questions about water quality and handling the care products also works without problems. Thus we always have clear water and feel in German said "Sau wohl" when we bubble. Dear family Nietner- keep it up!!!

A quick call to the Nietner family to describe my concern was quite enough to receive a fantastic service that is now rarely encountered. An initial conversation was followed by a return call at short notice with lots of helpful information and very understandable advice. I had enough time to examine the offer, a few more very friendly phone calls followed with very good availability of Mr. Nietner. Now that I have received my ordered goods (filter, UV lamp, water disinfection, filter box, adapter for my tube and complete pre-assembly), it was child's play to assemble everything thanks to the super instructions sent by email. Am totally thrilled, everything works and makes great joy and especially : Clear water !!!! Thank you very much, clear recommendation !
