Very personal, time for the client, great 1 to 1 support, individual, very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The only drawback... Floor-to-ceiling windows to the main street, which give pedestrians insight into the training and invites you to watch. Because of the trainer who always participates in every exercise, you forget this quite quickly and concentrate again on your own training. The muscle soreness is definitely pre-programmed and you feel that the body has to do well. I definitely recommend the Bodystreet studio in Freital.
