Insgesamt in einer sehr kurzen Zeit höchste Effizienz. Klasse ist, dass sehr viele Muskelpartien individuell und einzeln eingestellt werden können. Somit kann bei Bedarf der Schwerpunkt nach Wunsch festgelegt werden wie z. B. Rücken-, Nacken und Schulterbereich bei "Büromenschen". Dies betrifft sowohl die Stärke der Impulse als auch die durchgeführten Übungen. Die Trainer sind spitze; man wird immer nach seinen Schwerpunkten gefragt und die (laufende) Beratung ist sehr umfangreich.

Als Sportmuffel hat mir das Training in großen Fitnessstudios keinen Spaß gemacht und mich nicht motiviert weiterzumachen. Also hab ich das EMS-Training getestet und muss sagen, das Personaltraining mit nur 20 Minuten Dauer bringt wirklich was. So viel geschwitzt habe ich schon lange nicht mehr. Danke an die liebe Trainerin für die tolle Beratung und Motivation 👍🏻
