Always an individual treatment for the problem areas you have.
Always friendly trainers. The only problem, you have to get over your hump and sign up for the workout. Which works great via the app. For me, who always has changing appointments and has to reschedule spontaneously, ideal. The only downer is that I can't put my membership on hold and thus can't avoid cancellation if I can't make my weekly workout in the longer term.

Personal support is very good! Training is efficient and super fun.

I signed up at Bodystreet in Prager Straße about 10 months ago to get rid of my discomfort in the lumbar spine area. Unfortunately, normal gyms and training at home did not help me.

Already after the first training sessions I have noticed a significant improvement of my complaints. Not only is the back pain less, but I feel much more agile and motivated myself, because the discomfort is less.

The studio itself is very clean and everything looks neat and modern. Attention is also paid to hygiene with regard to the pandemic.

A very big praise also goes to the team. All trainers are very friendly and competent. They know exactly what needs to be taken care of during training. For me, as a non-sports person, it is ideal to always have someone looking after the ideal execution of the exercises.
There is also always time for a little chat on the side. Many thanks to you. :)

I can only recommend to everyone who is looking for something to do for himself and his body to try a non-binding trial training.

Also, the time commitment is low, just 30 minutes a week is enough. For people with little time, ideal.

Of course, the costs are higher than in a conventional gym, but it is really worth it. Especially since you always have a personal trainer with you.
