For me, it's just a great way to do something for my body in a short time. Time is the real problem for me. Therefore, from now on prefer a short and regular training instead of fitness studio.

I had a trial training on 24.06. after work. Making an appointment was uncomplicated, there was an absolutely great atmosphere on site, they really focus on the customer, explain everything in detail, advise on the training / goals and then present the options at the trial training. I especially have to note again that the cleanliness of the studio - also in the locker room/shower area - is excellent. Especially in these times a sensitive issue - but here I felt really in top hands! Thanks to Mr. Unger and his team, you have gained a new customer.

Thanks to Bodystreet I can finally live without back pain again and that with 20min a week which are really fun thanks to the trainer the additional muscle building on the whole body is a welcome side effect for me. Anyone who has back pain should definitely try it out.
The studio is very clean and well maintained.
The team is small and you get to know your trainers quickly and they respond to all your needs.

There is always a pleasant atmosphere. The trainers are very friendly. Since the training is only in pairs/threes, you always have the feeling that you have your own personal trainer. The trainers are always very attentive and pay attention to the well-being of the trainee.
