The training showed me in a practical way that a negotiation can be a process based on partnership, in which all participants can work together to achieve a sustainably successful result. Compared to previous trainings, negotiations are not a fight in which opponents face each other, but a joint activity that delivers the best possible results. Adrian left a strong impression. I decided to train with Brandis because I was not satisfied with my results despite my professional experience and self-employment. Looking back, I can now say that it was one of the best trainings I have attended, which is clearly reflected in my significantly improved results.
The only point of criticism on my part is that the training sessions are not held in my hometown of Cologne. ;)
