The course had a clear concept, was logically organized and very structured. The work instructions were also clear and the benefits of the exercises were also made clear to the participants. Their personal commitment and their enjoyment of networking make them want to gain their own experience. I can very well imagine booking individual coaching.

I took part in Marion's "Live yourself" seminar and am absolutely thrilled. She guided us through the seminar and our personal process with a lot of heart and purpose. I felt very comfortable in the group Marion put together. After 3 intensive seminar days, I started my everyday life very enriched and strengthened with my motto goal. I can say that it has a lasting effect and is very supportive - the CRM is a really great method. We were given many tools that help us to use our resources, live our potential, achieve our goals and thus live ourselves. Thank you very much for this, Marion!

I really enjoyed the retreat "Live yourself" on Mallorca with Marion Bredebusch. The good and above all inspiring thoughts will stay with me for a long time. The self-reflection and the resulting motto was an enriching experience and will accompany me in my private and professional life.
Marion designed the content of the seminar in a relevant and professional manner and thus effortlessly guided the participants to their goal.
The healthy and above all varied breakfast and the seminar catering were prepared by Marion with a lot of heart.
I can recommend this retreat on the beautiful island of Mallorca to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better and work on their personal development.
The retreat is definitely a good option.

The seminar "Live Yourself" was a powerful and empowering seminar that has set a new impulse in my life. In a wonderful setting, techniques were presented that provide great support in putting the seminar goal and life motto into practice and integrating them into everyday life. The close cooperation with the other seminar participants was particularly inspiring, but the finca itself and the additional offers were also great. Everything can, nothing must. I am grateful that I was able to strengthen the participants on a mental and physical level with daily yoga exercises and I will recommend the seminar to anyone who is looking for inspiration for their life, their direction and their own clarity. I went to the seminar "Live yourself/lead with heart and mind" completely unprepared and it motivated me from day to day and I understood how to let my sources and potentials that lay dormant within me flow and reach my goal. Dear Ellen, you were the inspiration for this retreat this year after the flights were simply canceled in 2020 and therefore it could not take place. The newly found finca is different from the old one and I am happy to be able to combine the golf opportunity with it, especially for you. Thanks to you, I was able to restart my Mallorca seminars, retreats and boot camps and also had a lot of fun, intensive encounters, fun and a bit of adventure again.

It was perfectly prepared in terms of organization and content and offered a great framework for the development of the group participants. Marion Bredebusch came into my life like a coincidence and now supports me in a wonderful way in changing many behaviors that I previously only knew could not be right.

The question of how I could do better had previously remained unanswered for many years. After just a few weeks of working together, I have already noticed a change that has positively affected me and my environment and made me happy.
Of course, it always depends on whether the chemistry is right, i.e. whether there is a personal fit, but it is also important that you want to change and get involved in the change process.
I can only recommend Marion Bredebusch and her institute. Not only does she help you to strengthen your own competence, but above all she approaches the subject with a great deal of competence, experience and expertise.

I attended the seminar - "Live yourself . Recognize your resources and achieve goals more easily" Self-leadership - attended.
I have been in professional life for several decades and have therefore attended many seminars and training courses. However, I can't remember ever being able to focus on the topics presented as I did with Marion Bredebusch. It is noticeable that she loves her work, has a feeling for her fellow human beings - supports with HEART, meets your soul, which then involuntarily knocks again life-affirming at your own resources, reminds you of your own values, in order to stand up to existing blockades with motivation. It was and is sooooo enriching .........

The way I activate the group and work in a participant-oriented way is a basic prerequisite for good seminars.
The same applies to the design of the environment.
Apart from the conditions on site, which you can usually only influence to a limited extent, the ability to adapt and make the best of it is wonderful to experience.
I felt involved in all parts and was able to fully concentrate on the seminar content. Nothing happened without our consent.
Also the openness to the amount of input and discussion was always agreed with the participants and therefore fully accepted.

I felt very comfortable overall.
