Since you do not keep your promise that we will take care of everything that does not correspond to reality, I have no desire to give you an assessment.
You have still not managed to get in touch with my electricity provider or make an appointment with them for the switchover or final connection. Without this, the system is of no use to me, as I still have to run my household via the normal electricity connection. However, you promised that we would take care of everything, which is not the case.
I would therefore ask you to take care of this, as the bill payment is due.
My son was a witness on the day of the job.
I will be happy to give you my assessment. Because the work so far is all in order.

I would like to mention two things at this point:
Communication with the project management was often very difficult because it was impossible to reach them. This should be improved in the future. Communication with the sales department was good. Many thanks again for that.
Obvious defects in the wiring and execution by subcontractors were often not taken seriously and were dismissed by the subcontractor with a laugh. Quote: "You can't measure direct current". ... you can with a current clamp from Amazon for €30. Only the very last fitter took the time to correct all the mistakes made by the previous fitters. It's not about making mistakes, everyone makes them, but rather about checking your own work again at the end and taking a critical look at it. I deny at least two subcontractors this ability. Apart from that, I can't say anything negative about the overall concept. It works as intended. I have to say one more thing: I am an electrical engineer and have experience and appropriate measuring instruments as well as a network of colleagues with their own PV system. I wonder what others would have done who have no idea whatsoever about this matter. Basically, they are completely at the mercy of the subcontractors' supposed experts.

The contact in case of problems is not good. After a while, the clamps changed color from black to bronze. Problem has been recorded and nobody cares. Also the promised drone flight after installation. Never carried out. Permanent throttling from the oh-so-great memory. Nobody ever gives any information.

Advice, measurement and 2nd measurement were very good. Assembly was great. We had excellent specialists on site. The installation went smoothly for the most part. This then changed somewhat from assembly to commissioning, the route became longer.
I had to register in various registers myself. That was not good. Then it finally worked.
Unfortunately there are still problems with the memory at the moment. I hope with a little more communication from the service that this will also be solved in the foreseeable future. I will be happy to add to my positive rating if the memory works as agreed in the contract.

Planners and project management are overwhelmed. Proposals do not correspond to the conditions on site. In the event of queries, standard answers are provided that have little to do with the query and the conditions on site. Delays are only responded to after repeated correspondence via the official contact channel provided by BSH. However, even then without feedback to the client but only to the PV installer and electrician. Fortunately, the latter then communicate better, have more expertise in the field and make an effort to complete the system at some point.

We are very satisfied! Despite the wintry weather conditions, all the work was completed quickly. There is always someone at BSH to take care of everything. An insurance claim was dealt with quickly and we were reimbursed immediately. We are particularly pleased with the island solution (emergency power) that comes as standard with BSH. All the work was carried out to a high standard. We would be happy to recommend BSH to others.

The support for my request was catastrophic, I made the request for an extension in May 2023, and in August, after several requests, someone made an effort. And then, no responsibilities, changing contact persons.
No availability, just voicemail or out-of-office assistant.
However, when it was finally clarified in the fall and an offer was available, I was able to order.
Then there was some movement, but then came plans of the roof where the PV modules were mounted at the neighbor's despite my design drawing and site inspection.
Next came the agreed installation date, I had extra vacation, but when I asked, I found out that the date had been canceled due to bad weather, but without informing me.
The roof installation then went smoothly,
The electrical installation also went smoothly, with a good and friendly appointment.
The only problem is that I can now only use 50% of the storage instead of 70%.
You will understand that I cannot make a great recommendation here, of course.
especially since I already had similar problems during the installation and commissioning of my main system at the end of 2022.
