Under the title "PFRRR 500 KG BRINGEN LEICHTIGKEIT" we were able to experience an extremely exciting lecture online.
7 keys to lightness, that was the topic about which Claudia Friederich, speaker - author - leadership trainer, personality developer and most importantly visionary surprised us with an exciting and multifaceted lecture.
She explained how she can show with the help of her horses, which are known to be a mirror of their human counterparts, how to clean out the head, how to make room for something new. She ends one topic with breathing exercises and moves on to the next. Natural Leadership, you immediately notice how Claudia feels at home here in HER world, she captivates with explanations about today's leadership style, she explains how important it is to first lead yourself properly before you can take over leadership.
And she talks about visions, how important they are, how to make them visible, how they can be brought into harmony with ease. And again and again, of course, the horse comes into play.
The lecture captivated me and us, we didn't just listen - we also talked about it later, Claudia gave us a lot to process. Thank you very much dear Claudia, it was a pleasure to listen to you.

I have resolved that from this year I will no longer leave my success to chance and therefore I have started to raise my mindset to another level. Easier thought than done! At every corner you get a lot of input, but is it the right one, do I get ahead with it or how can I use the information specifically? So many questions and yet the answer falls by the wayside. Now good advice was expensive, what to do to finally escape the hamster wheel and break out of what somehow always holds you back or does not let you get ahead.

When I met Claudia in an entrepreneur network, it was already clear: Claudia is the right person for this job!I couldn't do it alone and I was aware of that, so I pinched my butt together and off I went to Vision Day! :-) (The best decision I could make)
Sturdy shoes on, sweater on backwards (you don't treat yourself to anything else :-D) and off to the vision day. Now I stood there like a schoolboy on the first day of school and was determined to accept everything as it comes without even questioning anything. As it turned out, I was not sooo on the wrong track, but I already have and live my vision only with too little focus on the essentials (You have to come up with that first). So Claudia took my business apart with me and put it back together piece by piece and lo and behold, everything is simple! No more superfluous blockades (usually the head plays a trick on you) and everything really seems so simple and indeed, exactly that was among other things the decisive point, why my business runs much faster and more smoothly!

I can highly recommend Claudia to anyone who feels a blockage or doesn't know exactly where they want to go yet! I am still amazed by that day, how easy and simple everything was. :-)

Claudia is a woman with heart and vision. She has the talent to pull you along. With positive energy and the tools you are closer to your vision.

Visions, missions what a shit, at least that was my attitude for years and it has resisted everything in me. Well, but as life is so I came like a virgin to the webinar of Claudia on the subject of discover your vision in 60min. Yes of course my head thought I and visions, fire and water are there really a joke against my attitude. Well and there I sit barely 20min in the webinar, my block fills with questions, my head still so yes klar kennst yes already - Pustekuchen. It flowed out of me and after 25 was my vision on the note in a crisp sentence. Lick me I thought what happened there. A real person with magic power and it flowed. I have never been in a seminar or similar with far more effort to get something like that, the framework that Claudia has stretched there was the vessel in which my intuition could then pour. Also the "fine tuning" was sensational. From me a fat recommendation, who want to get to know an empathic and warm person and perhaps discover their own vision. Many thanks!

At the end of 2021 I was very lucky to get a place in Claudia's online vision workshop.
This came just at the right time for me, because I had unfortunately lost my focus a bit and therefore nothing really worked out anymore.
Therefore, the workshop came at just the right time for me and I found my way back through Claudia's clear questions and her help and was able to align my focus for the new year.
