I'm not really someone who doesn't know what to say, but I still don't have the words to describe what the seminar was like for me. "Mach dich Laut" was my very first seminar and I am incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to take part.
I had imagined that seminars would be similar to specialist lectures, where someone gives a frontal lecture and tries to beat the knowledge into you. It was different with Carmen. We talked about important and interesting topics in a relaxed way and were given really cool opportunities to apply what we had learned directly through small tasks, challenges and group work.
The great group of women, who were all so strong, individual and open to everyone, made it easy for every participant to get involved in everything. There was a really great energy throughout the seminar.
More importantly though, you feel like you are in good hands with Carmen. You can tell that she knows what she's talking about. The fact that she herself has already had a lot of experience in what she teaches gives you the feeling that you can rely on what she says.
This was my first, but not my last seminar with Carmen Breuer-Menzel. I am very much looking forward to being there again soon.

Carmen conducted an extremely helpful workshop for us on customer communication to ring in the new year. I have come to know Carmen as a very lovely, open and valuable person!

I have never experienced so much positive energy and expertise concentrated in one person!

I was quite skeptical at the beginning since we had been led into insolvency by a management consultant with the cooperation of the bank. I suffered a burnout and reoriented myself (my partner got the business out of the debt swamp on his own).
But I was torn and full of panic to slip into insolvency or burnout again. I wanted my business to grow and prosper. Everything was great, the customers came, professionally I am very competent with a cheerful appearance.
And now the big BUT ... no structures in the accounting, lack of time, everything else must go fast fast, no time for nothing ...
