Mr. Kettler is competent, very family-friendly and supported us in everything, even after our decision to build with Fingerhaus. He was always available for us or got back to us as soon as possible when we had questions/concerns. Even in difficult situations he took care of our concerns although he did not have to. We would always choose Mr. Kettler again.

With Mr. Kettler we were really lucky...

From the first moment the chemistry was right. Mr. Kettler advised us very well and responded to our wishes, questions, etc. with a lot of patience.
A lot of useful advice and information, his wealth of experience and his open and friendly manner ultimately made our decision to buy a house from him and Fingerhaus very easy.

We felt very well and competently advised by Mr. Kettler (despite the decision to build a house with an architect).
Many topics could already be discussed in detail. In addition, we received timely ideas and a suitable design tailored to us, which was already very close to our ideas. We would recommend the consultation with Mr. Kettler at any time, as it left a lasting positive impression on us in terms of scope and gut feeling. In all the discussions with prefabricated house builders (a total of 6 providers), we clearly liked the consultation with Mr. Kettler the best!

Mr. Kettler is the ideal contact person when it comes to prefabricated house construction. Mr. Kettler is always transparent and answers technical questions understandably. Through his presence in the social media, one can always research the right answer, should one not be able to reach Mr. Kettler. If you are interested in energy-efficient construction, Fingerhaus and Mr. Kettler are the solution!

Super advice and after a short second of thought also won against all other house manufacturers.
Always sympathetic and above all professional conversation.
Without Mr. Kettler, the dream house would not have become a dream house after all. Always again to him, even if we build hopefully only once.

I have been working with Mr. Kettler for years. The future builders we advise in the area of financing are very impressed by his consulting services. They always mention his competence and the sure gut feeling they have when they receive his advice. The financing process in dialogue with Mr. Kettler and the banks works out wonderfully.

Mr. Kettler advised us competently and friendly from the beginning. He responded to our wishes and ideas without the know-it-all attitude that is often typical in the industry. He allowed us to take a look at the factory and the sampling exhibition in advance. We were able to submit requests for changes at short notice to him at any time. Also the costs were always transparently represented, so that one got comprehensible increase and decrease costs with each change (window, knee floor, roof overhang etc.) directly in the offer proven. In the meantime we live in the Fingerhaus planned with Mr. Kettler :)

We met Mr. Kettler almost 2 years ago as a "construction novice", he has convinced us with his sympathy and empathy immediately and answered us with a calm and objectivity each of our 1000 questions and showed us stands tips and tricks.
He has always given us a feeling that we are in very good hands with him, that has not changed until today.

We can fully recommend Mr. Kettler as a prefabricated house expert and only advise everyone to arrange a consultation for the first impression. You will be convinced!
