In the first meeting, professional advice and disclosure of the existing contract.
In the second meeting, we explain what changes are possible and list the corresponding savings. If satisfied, the order for processing is now placed.
Once the contract has been amended as agreed by the insurance company, the agreed invoice becomes due.

With everything...all questions or ignorances were clarified and answered in a very customer-friendly manner. Motivated and competent advice and a positive result, which was not the main focus, but simply the good result of work. It's good that there are such consultations and that you realize once again that customers are only premium payers for insurance companies and that their well-being is not always the focus.
