Super exposé! However, it would of course have been better to name the late readiness of the house before the visit. Then we could have saved the way and the friendly broker his time.

I had doubts that the living room walls are really dry, because the crawl space is quite damp.
Mr. Sommer has on the same day (1 day before the notary appointment) quickly procured a surveyor without my request to calm my conscience and to show that there are no hidden defects.
If I had any questions, Mr. Sommer was always available and always took the time to explain everything calmly until there were no more open questions.
