The seminar was all around practical, varied and adapted to the participants. The trainers were able to pass on their expertise to us participants very well, with a lot of fun, interaction and learning successes. The general conditions were very helpful, from the premises to the catering to the support, we were always very well taken care of. I would recommend Change LT at any time.

The seminar content is conveyed very well and interestingly by the speakers. Through practical examples, even more complex topics are made understandable and thus closer to implementation in personal everyday work. The seminar was held in a very pleasant atmosphere and well organized.

The Change Communicator - divided into three modules - has met my expectations: I feel confident in change and have a good overview of the various tools. For me, I explicitly took away that change can be mastered through transparent, honest and accompanying change communication.

I attended the seminar "Business Etiquette" and the "Change Communicator" (Module 1). I liked both of them very much.
On the one hand, because of the competent and appreciative lecturers who created a pleasant and productive working atmosphere in great premises. On the other hand, because they succeeded in linking theory and practice. This gave me ideas for my own work. In addition, there was delicious catering and a breeze of humor. Many thanks for the valuable input. Keep it up! :-)
