I am very satisfied with cheapenergy's service and think the conditions are fair.
However, the last time we switched, we switched to a provider that charges higher electricity prices but is cheaper due to one-off premiums. That's not really the point. We actually want to be with the cheapest electricity provider. But it's all good - at the end of the day, the price has to be right!

Read carefully!
With a saving of €264 I am supposed to pay the "small" sum of €166 "success commission" - only a small proportion ?!
PLEASE ??? I can only advise against it! Make a memo in your calendar and then search for yourself. You have found one that is cheaper - I have searched myself, and the provider is another 15.-€ cheaper.
No thanks, I'm done with this "company". The trouble is yet to come.

We receive a maximum share of 30% for the 1st optimization. The percentage then drops to 25% and 20% for further optimizations. This can be a maximum of €79.2 for a saving of €264. So please get in touch with us.

I will not recommend it to anyone. Customer service is sh... doesn't get through and is referred to a later call. The one-year contract was hardly any good, and I was asked to switch again six months before it expired. Why? No answer!

We are aware of your dissatisfaction at this point. We are currently receiving almost 50 times as many calls as in normal times. In addition, some employees are absent due to illness. Hello, I was disappointed twice by echeaperergy. Because the switch never took place, even though everything was done according to the email, the network operator carried out the basic supply of gas and electricity at outrageous prices.
