I have not yet completed the service. Therefore, I can only answer some questions with "Neutral.", because I don't know it. The service so far is excellent. I receive many valuable tips and learn how to better handle difficult situations. What I've learned is now paying off for me daily. I live more relaxed, am more creative, and can better interact with people around me and better understand actions. I have concrete improvement goals and see how I gradually achieve them. She helped me turn the wheel completely and get me from survival mode to promotion. Thanks to her experience, she comes across as very authentic, competent and completely trustworthy, so we had an immediate connection. I also like the fact that even months later she remembers the first conversations, situations and all the key stakeholders along the way and therefore knows exactly what I'm talking about. I can highly recommend her, especially for women.

Very clear communication of Enneagram types, Ms. Kortyka managed to analyze the course participants in a very short time and give them valuable tips for their personal orientation in both personal and professional development. She illustrated much of what was said very clearly with practical examples. And last but not least, she had a very positive effect on all course participants - regardless of their individual Enneagram type.
Coaching by Ms. Kortyka takes everyone (at least) one step further in the desired direction.

I really liked the concept of the workshop and the great preparation - thank you very much for the post, I was very happy about it! I found it awkward that I knew two of the three other participants and therefore couldn't speak "freely". I also found the situation unfortunate when one participant had to leave early and the other reacted in a "challenging" way. One participant made an uncomfortable impression on me, she wanted to leave but couldn't because the other was very demanding and wouldn't let go of the topic.

Christine's use of the Enneagram to understand better work interactions is very rich and helps come up with new perspectives and unblock some situations. Christine does not shy away from providing her insights to shed light on issues face at work and sharing her grounded views. She gives precious advice when navitgating intricate and tense situations. Also, she uses techniques to reframe our mindsets that are very effective and can address some blocages. So in short a very hands on, result oriented and effective coaching partner!
