I was amazed at how well I was able to immerse myself in the visualization guided by Claudia Nacci. She empathetically and emphatically asked the right questions and thus enabled me to take a completely new look at my problem. - And at the same time gave me a "tool" with which I can continue to work independently.
I found the atmosphere during the sessions very pleasant, so that it was easy for me to open up.
Overall, a lasting impressive and helpful experience that I can recommend to anyone who wants to know more about themselves or work on themselves!

Through her open and approachable manner, Claudia directly created a space in which one could open up and thus uninhibitedly set the process of Focusing in motion. She accompanied me on this path and supported me by giving impulses in the right places, but without determining or imposing too much on the process. Claudia was a wonderful mentor for me.

From the beginning, Ms. Nacci had given me a feeling of security, trust and an all-encompassing competence. Her clear and calm manner with concrete questions enabled me to get to the core of my challenge in the shortest possible time and to activate actions with my individual solutions within me. Strengthened and courageous and with clear goals the coaching ended for me. With a clear YES I give a recommendation.

I have been with Claudia Nacci three times so far and can say: She accompanies Focusing in a very appreciative and sensitive way.
From body awareness it went to images and then to memories that had been buried for a long time. It was all very surprising,
and I have the feeling that something fixed has been released. Focusing is obviously a good way to find inner truth.
