Claudia Nacci has only been working with me for 3 months and I am impressed by how effective and efficient the coaching has already been. As a medical specialist and mother of two in midlife, professional and personal issues are intertwined for me. Ms. Nacci offers a professional and empathetic working platform with her proven strong empathy and an always clear ductus. Her way of working is 100% appreciative and considerate, the tools and approaches she uses in combination with her expertise work highly effectively for me and provide me with the support I was hoping for on the path to personal clarity, strength, power and security. A very nice side effect is that you can laugh and smile with Frauz Nacci from time to time.
I would particularly recommend her coaching services to the women among us doctors.

I was looking for coaching for my somewhat special situation as a self-employed female doctor in a private practice. Ms. Nacci was able to respond very well to my needs in this regard and, above all, she understands what often slows us women down in the medical profession. She is always fully focused with me in the appointments and has all my issues in mind. She is very appreciative and emphatic, but also challenging. After just a few sessions, mental blocks have been released for me and new perspectives have opened up. I will gladly continue to work with Ms. Nacci in the future.

Claudia accompanies the process empathically and with authentic presence. Mindfully, a space opens up in which inner conflicts become clear. They can be resolved and thus the feeling of being stuck disappears. Connections become conscious, which enables new decisions and thus sustainable change.

Ms. Nacci creates a very pleasant and appreciative atmosphere. She guided me very well with regard to visualization and bodywork and gave me strategies for dealing with challenging situations, which I was able to implement directly in everyday life. My ideas of a professional reorientation as a doctor became much more concrete after only a few meetings through the coaching with Ms. Nacci.
We conduct the coaching remotely, which works wonderfully. The organization and scheduling are very uncomplicated. Overall, the coaching with Ms. Nacci is absolutely recommended!

I can only recommend the coaching with Claudia. Claudia immediately manages to create a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere, so that I immediately felt very comfortable and it was easy for me to open up. She leads through the exercises calmly, safely and with great empathy. Each time I went home from the sessions with helpful images and impulses for the coming week and was able to quickly notice positive changes in everyday life. Many thanks for that!

I was amazed at how well I was able to immerse myself in the visualization guided by Claudia Nacci. She empathetically and emphatically asked the right questions and thus enabled me to take a completely new look at my problem. - And at the same time gave me a "tool" with which I can continue to work independently.
I found the atmosphere during the sessions very pleasant, so that it was easy for me to open up.

From the beginning, Ms. Nacci had given me a feeling of security, trust and an all-encompassing competence. Her clear and calm manner with concrete questions enabled me to get to the core of my challenge in the shortest possible time and to activate actions with my individual solutions within me.
