Liebes Yarnstore-Team,
ich habe eine Traumwolle mit Alba gekauft und bin mehr als zufrieden. Sie strickt sich fast von alleine und mithilfe von Claudias Youtube vom Raglan Alma wird mein Pulli bestimmt genauso toll.

Claudia Wersing und ihr Team sind immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, geduldig und bieten einen schnellen Support. Ich fühle mich dort gut aufgehoben und gut beraten. Kaufe bei ihr immer wieder gerne, schaue mir gerne die YouTube Videos von ihr an, die immer gute Erklärungen liefern. Ihre Ruhe empfinde ich als sehr angenehm.
Schön finde ich auch, dass sie ihr Team in Videos vorstellt und mit einbezieht, so weiß man, mit wem man es zu tun hat.

Ich bin sehr froh, auf Claudia Wersing, ihren shop mit der fantastischen Wollauswahl und ihr super Team gestoßen zu sein. Es macht mir immer wieder großen Spaß nach neuer Wolle und/oder Modellen Ausschau zu halten. Bei allen Fragen oder Problemen vor oder während des Strickens kann ich mich immer an das Team wenden und bekomme prompt Hilfe und Unterstützung. Alles läuft einfach unkompliziert und so überaus freundlich. Dazu noch ihr umfangreiches Zusatzangebot an (kostenlosen!) Videos auf youtube, ihre livestreams und regelmäßigen gemeinsamen KALs ....da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank !!!

Ich bin gern mit bei den KAL , ihre Videos sind besonders informativ.

Mir gefällt vor allem, dass Claudia Wersing auf ihrem YouTube Kanal - so geht Stricken viele Techniken genau erklärt. Das hilft mir persönlich sehr, da ich „noch“ kein Strickprofi bin 😉… z.B. habe ich mir Wolle von Ella Rae bei yarnstore bestellt um einen Pullover mit Kellerfalte zu Stricken und dank des ausführlichen Videos klappt das wunderbar…. Vielen Dank … jederzeit wieder ….👍
