Uncomplicated always friendly and accommodating contact.have already the second time the final cleaning done by the Clean Service Scaramuzzo.
Even stubborn stains can be easily removed by the competent team. Employees on site are always on time and very friendly.
Price and performance ratio is insane.

We were very satisfied with the two gentlemen who came to clean the apartment. They made a very nice and neat as well as serious impression. Also the person who was there for the handover with the administration was also very polite.

The apartment was accepted without complaints! :)

Overall, we are very satisfied with Clean Service, everything went well and seriously. We will gladly recommend Clean Service to others.

(There is one small deficiency; the accessibility of the office staff was sometimes difficult or the feedback sometimes took a long time).

Clean Service Scaramuzzo AG cleaned the interior and exterior of the conservatory and all windows/window sills/slat blinds in our 2-family house. From the first contact to the offer and scheduling to the execution, everything went very well. We are very satisfied with the result and the price/performance ratio.

I had to move out with some furnitures left in the apartment and I was urgently looking for a company doing handover cleaning for my apartment. I got rejected by lots of other companies because they don’t want to do handover cleaning with furnitures left in the room. This company replied to me very quickly and they accepted my request. The cleaning staffs were hardworking, friendly and open for communication. The takeover guarantee was also done perfectly. I would really recommend this service to everyone needed!

Finally I have a top cleaning lady combined with top customer service. My odysseu over the last 3 years in Zurich has finally come to an end. The customer service is really top. It takes a few weeks to find the cleaning lady according to your wishes, but then you really have a top result. Worlds compared to other cleaning ladies, e.g. Batmaid, etc. HIer 5 stars, all others 1-2 stars. You can tell that all the cleaning ladies here first had to go to a cleaning academy. I can only recommend!!!!

The cooperation was exemplary.
This order was challenging because the apartment management communicated very poorly and was difficult to reach.
They responded in an exemplary manner!

The response times to mails and other requests could be improved, sometimes we had to wait a long time for answers.
