With Mr. Compes, you feel in good hands right away. His friendly, very competent manner convinced me immediately.

Before him, I had another real estate agent who unfortunately did not understand so much about the trade.

If only I had had Mr. Compes already last year....

But now all is well, the apartment sale went very quickly. Also the whole procedure was very structured and very professional.

I have already bought several properties and also sold. With and without a broker. My opinion about brokers is not really great, I must say. Would not like to give any details here now. But in the case of Mr. Compes I have to and would like to say in fairness that he sold my ETW "better" than I could have done. And faster. Now "fast" in today's times is no art - with the demand - but to "thread" the price correctly and bring it to a close at the decisive moment, that was skillful.

I also found it very pleasant that Mr. Compes did not give me the freshly printed invoice at the notary appointment, as others very often do. And he was the only one who explained to me that I can determine the amount of the commission - within certain limits. Contrary to my previous opinion of realtors, I will hire Mr. Compes again when I sell a property.
