A lovely vacation in a beautiful townhouse with plenty of space and a great atmosphere. The house fully met our expectations. There is plenty of space, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Everything was very clean. We were particularly enchanted by the courtyard, though unfortunately it was still too cold in March to use it. We can’t blame anyone for the cold weather, but the heating worked through the air conditioning, and it was warm enough.
The house is furnished with many nice details; we (4 adults) felt right at home immediately.
Margalida and Javier went out of their way to address even minor requests. Thank you for that. Maria de la Salut is well-located for exploring the north of the island and has several good restaurants.

My last vacation in Mallorca was 31 and 13 years ago, respectively. How the island has changed...so my son and I were all the happier when we arrived at Finca Can Puig and were able to step into a house that still captures the authentic spirit of Spain. Very tastefully decorated, spotless, in an absolutely peaceful rural setting (the tinkling of sheep bells was very soothing—unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the horse or the donkey), a very well-equipped kitchen, and a very polite owner whom we were able to speak with briefly twice. It was too cold for the clean, small pool, but we still took a quick dip almost every day. The beds were pleasantly firm (perhaps a bit short for very tall people), and arranging the rental car through Ms. Prager went perfectly. We would love to repeat this stay, hopefully in sunny weather. Thank you so much for everything!! R. Sp.

We spent our vacation this year with four families in a beautiful finca in Cala Sant Vicenç - and were completely thrilled! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a fantastic welcome gift: a selection of wine, ham and cheese that immediately put us in a vacation mood.

The finca itself was perfect for our stay - spacious, very well maintained and furnished with lots of charm. Each family had plenty of space to retreat to, and at the same time the grounds offered many beautiful corners for spending time together.

The contact with Mrs. Prager was very friendly and uncomplicated right from the start. Even after our stay, she was always available and dealt with any concerns quickly and reliably.

We would book again at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovingly furnished city villa with small pool and beautiful garden.
We have felt comfortable.

We became aware of the mediation of fincas by contacto-mallorca or Mrs. Prager through the portal traum-ferienwohnungen.de. The conclusion of the rental agreement for the finca and our rental car was very pragmatic. However, all services were met as agreed (despite narrowly kept formalities). The description of finca and car was absolutely correct and also all handovers worked smoothly. In short, we were very satisfied and have spent two very nice weeks over Easter in Mancor. The next time we visit Mallorca, we will definitely book again through contacto-mallorca / Mrs. Prager.

We are 100% satisfied. Both the advice in advance and the arrival information were super. We liked our house in Pollenca super, it could not have been better! We can recommend the rental of the car through Mrs. Prager! The price-performance ratio is very good and we found it perfect not to have to wait in line at the rental car counter. Next time we would definitely book again through Mrs. Prager.

We have been booking through Mrs. Prager (contacto Mallorca) for 15 years. Everything has always been on time and reliable. The descriptions are accurate and insofar as Mrs. Prager knows each object personally and is regularly on site. As a guest you have the guarantee that everything runs seriously and : *****Sterne in case something does not work out with WIFI or.... Help will be organized immediately.

Dear Martina,
thank you very much for your tireless efforts. Martina was always immediately available for questions. Solved problems as quickly as possible and was always helpful, friendly and very competent. Thank you also for the good suggestions for beaches, places to eat and shopping. The maintenance of the green areas around the house and the pool were excellent. Staff regularly came by and cleaned the pool, changed linen and also took away the garbage. (We have stayed in vacation homes several times, but we have never had this service).
Thank you also for the uncomplicated arrangement of our vehicles. Everything worked out great.
We can only recommend Martina as a landlord.

Vacation from the first to the last second. In our vacation really everything fit. The rental car service is highly recommended. The super nice support before and during the vacation leaves no questions unanswered. We will definitely book our vacation in Pollenca here again.
