Two weeks before the wedding, the dressmaker messed up the skirt on the original dress (bought elsewhere). We got an appointment at Crusz super fast and Sofia's advice was insane! She knew exactly what the bride wanted and picked out the perfect dresses. Together with the dressmaker, the perfect dress was fitted the same day and we were able to take it right away. So much kindness and expertise on the Crusz team is awesome. We are very happy that we found the perfect wedding dress here.
I had bought a prom dress in April. Unfortunately, the color of the dress has rubbed off on my skin when I had my senior prom. I then called Crusz and went to Berlin. There I was again very nice reception and I was credited a voucher worth my dress, as a great compensation. :)

We picked up the dream wedding dress and matching suit on Friday, it was again an experience. With so much kindness from Julia we were taken care of, last changes were done immediately. Since the store is a feast for the eyes, two more dresses caught my eye, I was also allowed to try these in peace, then bought them both. There are simply dresses there that you don't see elsewhere. The relaxed atmosphere makes it an experience. It was also great that Claudia Pfeifer personally said "hello", despite all the work, we felt that as a great appreciation.
When we are back in Berlin, we will be happy to come by again! Thank you all, you are really great!
I found a beautiful dress and paid about 600€ for it. Now that I have seen the dress at various sellers for about 300€ I regret the purchase very much. A slight surcharge in the store happens but 300€ surcharge is brazen.
I was taken care of by Tommy and it was really wonderful. I found my dream dress so quickly. The consultation was really great. Tommy was always on hand without being pushy. I definitely want to come back and I am already looking forward to my next visit !
We got Cruzs recommended by our friends and that's why we went to Berlin. The reception was friendly and nice. My husband bought a great suit. The advice in the men's department was professionally excellent, very friendly and competent. Many thanks for that.
The dresses are unfortunately not always available in all sizes and I chose a dress that was unfortunately 1 size too big for me. There was only this one left of this model. In the in-house tailoring it was changed and a few days later we could come to the fitting. It had to be touched up again, which the seamstress did for me immediately, then it fit and I could take my dress then also immediately and we did not have to go to Berlin again. Many thanks

Sorry to say so, but: Impossible store!
Although very nice dresses and good selection, possibly even competent staff, but one was quite pushed when buying a dress. Everything had to go according to the plan of the Crusz team. With a kind of bribe that for a 5 star rating on Google you had to create and prove on the spot, you still got a bag for free. Smart idea to get good reviews. The final price, however, seemed as if you had packed the price of the free bag on the dress. Well, we bought anyway.
After traveling over 500 km just for this dress and unfortunately only a short stay in Berlin and at Crusz then came but at home the disappointment, which had not noticed in the poor light of the store and under the time pressure.
Some errors on the dress itself, as well as the change made at Crusz in their own tailor shop then quickly caused a bad mood. On the phone we were then assured of a solution to the problems.... Of course, they wanted to continue to look professional. In reality, unfortunately, this solution never came. The answer of Crusz to the errors on the dress: The errors would not come from you, so in good German the insinuation I would have caused them myself or even worn the dress and you would have arisen, which is of course not the case. Your solution: You should come back with the dress. Unfortunately, not so easy because the journey of over 500 km to Berlin one does not take times so evenly again on itself. And above all, who pays the cost of the trip, to then probably on the spot again have to hear that they can unfortunately do nothing. Unfortunately, you had no understanding for that.
From a partial refund of the purchase price, even if it were only 50 € or similar, as compensation, the team has probably unfortunately not heard anything. In service, other stores are much more accommodating and friendly than Crusz Berlin... and before the question comes: Yes we were with you at Spittelmarkt and not elsewhere. The evaluation is already correct here!
From me there is therefore no recommendation. Although beautiful clothes, but very unfriendly staff and the worst service in case of problems.
After some time distance I now also take the time for a review of crusz. I had been recommended the store and you know it through good publicity.
I was there with my sister, maid of honor, mom and grandma and we were in a small separée, which looked very nice, with champagne and a small candy étagère. So the first impression was first very good, even if the store seemed a tiny bit too crowded to me. At such an important appointment, you are a bit excited and want individual attention and a nice experience.
However, I did not like the consultation at all. I felt Farah didn't listen to what I wanted at all. Sure I was open to trying other things and listening to the -assumed- expert, but if I make it clear from the beginning that I would like something with sleeves, it would be nice to get a dress with sleeves to try on at some point (just one example of several).
Already at the beginning it was made clear to me that I should look at the dresses from size 42/44, because you have to get ME (normally size 40) somewhere in.
Unfortunately, the dresses were all not so particularly advantageous; in other stores this was completely different. Now I'm not the skinny model bride with size 40, but in such a store like crusz I already assume that you can see what might suit the bride and what rather not (by the way, has worked quite differently with the competition). Qualitatively, the dresses were also definitely not the best I've seen and the price-performance ratio has not been right at all.
I felt at some point not at all comfortable and was also glad when the "consultation" appointment was over. I got a little stuck on one dress, which was over my budget though. Farah totally pushed me to take it and was able to accommodate me "just today" so and so much in price. This "sale" pressure may work for some, for me it made the beautiful event uncomfortable. If I can be accommodated in price, why only now and not in 24 hours after sleeping on it? I decided against it and in hindsight I am very happy about it! I then found my dream dress somewhere else, combined with a beautiful bridal trial experience and really good, competent, individual and loving advice. I was sadly lacking that at crusz! I'm just glad that crusz was not the only or first bridal store, otherwise I would have been very disappointed.
Overall, the staff was unfortunately very arrogant and buffoonish and made us feel like we weren't good enough for their store. We did not feel welcome. Every utterance on our part was judged with a suspicious look. We simply did not feel comfortable. And for that we had to pay another 40€ consultation fee. Too bad.
Photographing is unfortunately also expressly not desired there, that is however with some (not all) in such a way.
From us there is therefore a big thumbs down. Not recommendable! The precious time and also the 40 € for the "consultation" rather invested elsewhere, Berlin has enough other, better stores.
And: I waive the comment of the CRUSZ team (Sandra)! Before we are asked whether we were in the right store: Yes, we were! Spittelmarkt 11-12, Berlin. I live here, I know my way around ;)
I was with my girlfriend for a fitting at cruzs. Both for wedding dresses and evening dresses. We had a super lovely and helpful saleswoman. Her name was Sofia. She tried to fulfill our every wish and gave very professional and honest advice.
Can only recommend the store!!!
I had very little time and got a dream dress including some alterations. I am very excited and was very happy about the consultation! The dress is a dream and I am happy

The selection is great, but : when the customer's asking price, the dresses are brought with the highest price, the prices are "unattractive" with 95ct or even 99ct behind the decimal point (tasteless for this price range !), the time is too tightly measured and the saleswoman under time pressure - this shows : business, business, business - for the bride it is unpleasant ; the fitting, for which 39Euro are demanded right at the beginning!!! They will be refunded if you buy a dress and still it is outrageous because...what are the employees there for? The fitting takes place in poorly lit "booths" that are much too small (although the store could offer enough daylight and space, really incomprehensible!).
If you have the dream dress, it paid in full, and it is necessary to shorten (ALL dresses are extremely overlong) you are asked with curt friendliness by the "boss" to make a quick new appointment and only between Monday and Friday...!!! No understanding for the brides who are working and live hundreds of kilometers away !!!
The first change, which costs as MINIMUM 200Euro (scandalous),does not fit? one must of course come again and..it is demanded each time 50Euro in addition !!!! Of course, the dressmaker has no fault. etc...etc.. Long live the BUSINESS ! Sure, what should a bride do ? Change it yourself ? It is out of proportion - a real cheek ! So : take off again, take train again and...pay more and more.
In short, we are outraged and sad, because you will always associate with this beautiful dress unpleasant experiences.
Conclusion: the brothers and sisters will not be customers of Crusz and we will report our experience to acquaintances.
Remember: pride comes before the fall...
I was on Saturday at the dear Mrs. Moritz in Crusz and have felt very comfortable from the first minute with her. I was so far in 3 bridal stores and nowhere I was so friendly and competent advice! You could tell right away that she loves her job, if not lives it.
Through her help and commitment I found my dream dress and that was such an emotional moment for us that even Mrs. Moritz lost a few tears. So very big praise to the Cruszteam and especially my great consultant! Keep up the good work. Best regards Kathleen
Super friendly advice, but the selection of dresses in larger sizes, from 42, is very clear, very very sad, very good is the alteration service offered, for women from clothing size 42 unfortunately not recommended
