I am an employee of Eness GmbH. I myself work in online consulting sales. My prospects and later customers find our approach to consulting PV systems very good, because we not only consider the investment of the prospect and customer, but also specifically advise what the customer can save with the PV system.
We use for the installations only regional partners who have experience in the field of installation of PV systems.
Surely there are also providers who are a little cheaper here and there, but we see the sustainability of the products offered by us in the sense of our customers. What is the use of a cheap solution for our customer, which will not be available in a short time and for which the regional wholesaler cannot guarantee a replacement. Our system philosophy during the offer and the construction of the plants on site as well as afterwards during the support of our customers, is aimed at the fact that not only we, but our customers are satisfied in the long term. We do not convince our customers by the saying "He who buys cheap, buys twice", but by our sustainable system concept and long-term contracts with our suppliers for quality products.
We also renounce once on an order, if we cannot guarantee the security of the plants which can be built by the structural conditions with the prospective customer, because it is not only important that the plant is installed on the roof, but that this is firmly anchored also still in many years with the roof and the energy saving for the customer is ensured.

We sought advice on a PV system in combination with an electricity storage system to reduce our electricity costs. The first online consultation was great and we also got an appointment with an energy consultant in a timely manner. Unfortunately, he then informed us that our roof is not suitable for a PV system (slate). Nevertheless, everyone was very friendly and competent.

The consultation by Mr. Lorenz was detailed and professional. The two companies carrying out the work had all the project data and carried out all the work on time. All announced deadlines were met. All employees are very helpful. Discounts are granted without much demand. Only some demand, would be better in writing instead of by phone.

The consultation was very detailed, all questions were answered. Unfortunately, the subsequent offer was not financially attractive. The tax guide is worth highlighting.

Mr. Endrulat gave excellent advice, but with the result that a PV system in our case "does not pay off" financially, especially also because of the high age and our own personal "remaining term".

Very friendly team from start to finish. Very fast implementation from the first conversation to the producing plant.

Eternal waiting for completion, constant putting off, plant not connected to the grid for 6 months, losing quality....

There is virtually no customer support, I waited several months for info on the meter, I then did it myself. But even after that, they don't respond to emails or calls for several weeks.

Everything was top-notch until the contract. After that, a pure disaster.
We are now waiting over 6 weeks. Have the modules 5 weeks in the garage and could not use them. Planning completely off. It could not be mounted 3 modules because of lack of space. Get no callback, etc.

Be careful when concluding the contract !!! Much is promised but in the end nothing is kept. The PV plant is specified only after placing the order according to the ideas of Daheim and if the previously made promises are not kept, the contact persons are simply no longer available. Accordingly, one can endlessly point out misrepresentations of the calculations and project descriptions - but gets no answer at all - unless one wants to install something additional. Accordingly, the electrical connection of our building, on which the PV system was installed, was reduced from originally approx. 120 A without any agreement and knowledge completely arbitrarily to 35 A. Accordingly, approx. more than 90% of the electrical devices used so far can no longer be used after a more than "sloppy" and faulty electrical installation. In addition it comes that both the building and the PV plant due to an allegedly before not known achievement net connection although all electrical devices in picture and sound of Daheim were registered, now nearly for three months not ín the current net to be integrated can.
And if at Daheim at all a contact person is attainable, is promised partly again much - however, in the final result one leaves me quasie "at the stretched out arm starve" !!!!
