My estate agent quickly and accurately grasped what I was looking for and only offered me what made sense for me. If an offer was a little outside my profile, it was usually a good match anyway. It's the human and not just the computer that rules here. This saved me time and the search was as effective as it should be. The exposés were designed in such a way that they contained the information I needed. This is also not a given everywhere.

I received very professional and customer-oriented support from Dahler, in the person of Ms. Ute Schwarz. The sales process was well structured and Ms. Schwarz was a very good mediator between the interests of seller and buyer. Due to certain specifics of my requirements (sale with subsequent fixed-term rental), this process was certainly challenging. Overall, I would have liked a few more interested parties, but this may be due to the current restraint on the real estate market.

Even if it unfortunately did not come to a purchase, we were very well advised and cared for by Mrs. Rabin. All information was shared openly from the beginning. During our house search, we can sum up that there are fewer realtors who are so honest and also really perceive their profession as a service provider.

We would have gladly bought through Dahler, the commission would have been worth every penny!!!
