We have been ordering for several years now and have been extremely satisfied to date.
This year we had a peculiarity, I forgot an item in the order and sent it in an e-mail. That same evening, after 23:00, I received a reply asking about the missed product and quantity. The reordered "Schokostollen" did not arrive with the first order, but only a few days later, packed separately. Not even postage was charged...we are more than delighted with such unusual service.
We will always recommend the Eckert bakery to others (customer base is growing), we are absolutely delighted.
