Feedback on the catering: Unfortunately, the catering did not score well in our event evaluation (approx. 54%). The food was increasingly described as "canteen-like" and the quality was rated as not complete/not always convincing. The coffee break with pastries on the first day was missing, which was perceived very negatively by the participants. The fact that drinks were only available to order at the bar and not self-service led to long queues and resentment. On the last day, there was a large amount of pasta left over, but there had been no sauce for it for some time. The quantity ratio for sauce dishes should be looked at critically if necessary. The price-performance ratio of the caterer is not convincing from our many years of experience. The quality and taste of the food was rather "satisfactory" - the price was rather high/expensive compared to other providers.

Although we were generally very satisfied with the dbb Forum (premises, service, etc.), the caterer would possibly be a deal breaker for us with regard to possible further events at the dbb Forum.

It is very positive that a contact person was available for the entire duration of the event and could also be reached to implement spontaneous requests. The response to customer requests was very flexible and service-oriented.
Special requests were also taken into account and implemented as far as possible. Many thanks for that!

As an improvement for upcoming events, we suggest an early adjustment of the room temperature in the atrium. Especially at maximum occupancy, the heat quickly led to audience fatigue.
In addition, many guests did not intuitively operate the doors to the atrium, which further distracted the audience. The panic function or the closing mechanism itself could be optimized here.

I would like to see the option of working with an external caterer or modernizing the dbb catering offer a bit. Unfortunately, our customers no longer want sandwiches and wraps as finger food (although this is of course literally a matter of taste).
