Regarding ARAG itself, I would like to say that it is no gain for an old German renowned insurance company to conduct an "employee survey" in the sense of the American New Economic Management. Wouldn't it be better to measure the success of the employees instead of offering a platform with "judgments"?
My "evaluation" for the ARAG Board of Management:
Public employee evaluations are not an asset for ARAG with such a good reputation and a very good range of services.
