Great service! :) we weren't able to book a deregistration appointment at our local town hall in time before we left, so we used Deregistration.de. The process was simple, they were efficient and kept us informed about how things were proceeding. We also used them to cancel our Rundfunkbeitrag (compulsory TV subscription fee). Would recommend!

I am very satisfied and happy to have found and chosen this agency, as I had already exceeded the 6-month deregistration period. The staff responded immediately and I received my deregistration documents retroactively and quickly. The GEZ deregistration also went smoothly. Thank you all very much. This saved my partner and I so much hassle and stress when we moved out of Germany. The German system is not easy to navigate and these folks handled everything efficiently and with a great sense for customer service. They answered all of our questions promptly, while helping us with not just the deregistration of the residence, but also our car, the broadcasting fee etc. For all of that the price was such an amazing deal - much cheaper than hiring a translator. Worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

Indicated authority prices are wrong, the company sits practically on the papers, even if they were marked as "Done", they do not take up with the customer the contact although it was pointed out that it is urgent. If you apply for the service online directly to the authority, you are done within 2 days, the company after 2 weeks still not deficient, exorbitant prices for zero service, The alleged prices that the authorities demand is given twice. Never again and not recommended.

We are always interested in solving problems and presenting our services transparently, as you can see from the other reviews.

We usually process new cases on the same day or within 24h. After that, the processing is up to the competent authority. We (unfortunately) have no influence on the processing time of the authority. Unfortunately, we experience everything here - from one to 14 weeks...

Most of our customers are no longer in Germany and can no longer receive letters and use us for this and/or do not want to deal with the bureaucracy.

I'm a nurse who had to move out of Germany in a span of a month. My duty schedule was quite hectic and I had no time to think about the legal parts of the move-out process. The team from deregistration.de has been god-sent and they were more than helpful in pitching you in - from getting you to Point A to Z. I paid for the Premium Package. For the most part, all I had to do was to just sit back and provide the information they need. Would I recommend this to my friends? ABSOLUTELY! They took a huge load off of me (aka the complications of German bureaucracy). They're legit, responsive, and their service is worth more than what they ask of you.
