The call then took place at 7:35 pm with the opening question:"Are you sitting in the car.....?" Since I was sitting in the car after a long day of work from the practice and talking on speakerphone, I answered yes. Silence at the other end. Mr. Kandzia then instructed me that this would not work (I had been informed that I should sit at my desk, they had already had clients who had done the clarification on the mobile phone and had had an accident here. Please? Then I was told that as a doctor I wouldn't treat patients in a car..... I ended the call by pressing the red receiver, because I don't think you know who you're talking to here, I'd rather not invest any money, it has a very strange taste right from the start :-(.
