Surprisingly, I read it all the way through, which is unusual for me as I don't usually read many books. However, this one completely captivated me and I finished it quickly. I learned quite a bit about economics when I was younger, but this book has taken my understanding to a new level. Deven's way of writing is particularly inviting, she makes complex issues easy to understand. What touched me the most was his personal story - despite the challenge of being in a wheelchair, he fought through. I had arranged an initial contact with an employee of Mr. Schuller, Mr. Niklas Kandzia, which was to take place on 10.11.23 at 11 am. I was reminded of the appointment 4 times in advance. The call from Mr. Kandzia then took place 30 minutes later in all seriousness, with the explanation that I had told you 30 minutes in advance that I would be in touch later... In fact, I only received this mail with the announcement of the delay 5 minutes before the appointment and since I don't check my mails every 2 minutes, a new appointment had to be made, which we did for November 13, 2023 at 7:30 pm.
The call then took place at 7:35 pm with the opening question:"Are you sitting in the car.....?" Since I was sitting in the car after a long day of work from the practice and talking on speakerphone, I answered yes. Silence at the other end. Mr. Kandzia then instructed me that this would not work (I had been informed that I should sit at my desk, they had already had clients who had done the clarification on the mobile phone and had had an accident here. Please? Then I was told that as a doctor I wouldn't treat patients in a car..... I ended the call by pressing the red receiver, because I don't think you know who you're talking to here, I'd rather not invest any money, it has a very strange taste right from the start :-(.

Deven and his team do a great job. They are always friendly, competent and patient. I have learned more than I expected. I feel very well looked after by Deven and his team.
