Hello, unfortunately I can not report anything positive!
We have completely switched to this provider because I wanted to have a modern and digital telephone system. This is essential in times of home office and for the field workers nowadays.
Now an excerpt from my experience:
A week before the changeover to the mobile phone contracts (we have several measurement technicians in the field), I pointed out that if the changeover was to take place on Monday, the SIM cards had to be with us by Friday at the latest. We were then assured that this would not be a problem. As you can imagine, it was Friday afternoon and we had no cards. Since no one was there by phone, of course, I tried it with a fire mail. Thereupon, I was positively surprised the only time, an employee threw new cards into my mailbox on Saturday. The distribution of the cards was a bit difficult, but as an entrepreneur I know that things can go wrong.
After the system for the fixed network telephony was installed, this under not small time pressure, we were told that it is comfortable if the measuring technicians are integrated into the system. For us this sounded very good at first. However, we then found out that whenever someone called the office, it rang with ALL technicians/field staff as well. I wonder who this makes sense for? And also why they didn't point it out to us???? Do they even know the software or are we a guinea pig?.....
Since I can't report on everything, I'll make a cut and describe our current situation:
Since 2 weeks I can't call my technicians in the field from my plant. I have to tell my employees that if they want something from a technician, they have to call them on their private phone and arrange it. Of course, this makes a very good impression on the female employees!
Yesterday, the employee who was supposed to be in the office called in sick. I had asked Devenia to set a redirection to my cell phone so that I could at least be reached. Of course this did not work. Today I received the second ticket mail, but that doesn't really help me. Actually, such a redirection should not be a problem. I would like to be able to do it myself. But apparently that does not work and no one could explain to me how to do it. My opinion is that if an app nowadays is not programmed so that the simplest things are not self-explanatory then the app is crap.
And this is just a small excerpt from our / my experiences. Hopefully I can save others from such episodes.
