An ingenious overall concept which I have not yet found on the market to this extent and with this security for the buyer. It really allows almost any budget to approach the real estate business. And that extremely low-risk. Then also still the mad consultation and support! Simply just great!

We are totally satisfied, very nice and friendly people who work there, they advise everything patiently, friendly and nice, always look pretty and beautiful. We bought the first apartment in 2015 and in 2017 another apartment and now another, the DFK staff also willingly help with other things ,to those that do not belong. I am very happy to recommend .

From the very first minute, you receive good and, above all, individual advice. Every single question is answered in detail. Even during and after the purchase of a property, you continue to be well looked after.
