After a consultation appointment, we received a very friendly and warm welcome from Ms. Urban and Ms. Kaltenbrunner.
First of all, Ms. Kaltenbrunner, who is the in-house physiotherapist, listened to our health problems and gave us very good professional and competent advice.
Then Ms. Urban also gave us professional and very competent advice. We then decided on a Svane Zense Plus Premium bed with an adjustable electric slatted frame. Trying out the bed was a dream. It felt very good straight away and we immediately had the feeling that our back pain was gone. Now we are looking forward to the delivery of the new bed.

After our positive experience with our Tasso waterbed over the last 24 years and the annual service we received, we have once again decided to purchase a Tasso waterbed after receiving detailed and friendly advice.

In search of a really good bed, we landed in Pulheim at Schlafprofis. On site we met Mr. Nowak, after we told him our needs, he began to advise us very competently and in detail. He really took a lot of time for us and we felt very well taken care of. Finally we decided to buy. That was on 09.06.2023, on 23.08.2023 it was then delivered. The installers, both from Aachen, were super nice, the construction of the bed went to you, despite a small difficulty, which was due to the unevenness of the floor, quickly by hand. The 2 knew exactly what they were doing. Conclusion: Top seller (without obligation to buy)! Top fitters from Aachen! The waterbed is 2 years and 2 months old. On the weekend it broke for the third time at the seam. Clearly a material defect.
The first time it was patched. The second time, the same seam, only slightly torn above. An exchange went only with the help of legal protection insurance.
The third time is now the other water core affected and now the warranty has expired. Emails are no longer answered.
Conclusion: Miserable service and even worse quality.

Not just a bed specialty store, here are really professionals at work!!! Starting with the very competent and professional advice from Mr. Wolber. Then the speedy dismantling (plus disposal) of our old bed, the expert assembly and finally the professional advice and perfect adjustment of our slatted frames by the highly qualified, very sympathetic physiotherapist and health scientist Ms. Kaltenbrunner, who is very concerned about sleep health! Her expertise has simply inspired us brightly.

My wife and I received very good advice from Ms. Urban. She showed us several alternatives. It was a pleasant consultation. Due to the good advice we have decided for an electrically adjustable double bed. With which we are very satisfied. A year ago we bought mattresses from Schlafprofis and due to our good experience we also bought the double bed there. Several times we have recommended the Schlafprofis, because advice and quality is right.

While looking for a neck support pillow, I happened to come across "Die Schlafprofis" in Rheinbach in the person of Mr. Wolber, who advised me very competently in theory about the properties of such a pillow, what it has to do and how it "plays together" with a suitable flexible slatted frame.
Then followed the practical part by trying out the pillow in different sleeping positions. What I found very important: Mr. Wolber advised me that I needed to try the pillow for at least 21 nights and get used to a new way of sleeping in order to experience greater sleeping comfort and relaxation in the neck-shoulder area, and not put the pillow aside again after two nights as unsuitable or not bringing any improvement. I have followed this very well and have noticed that the pillow has very much provided more stability in my cervical spine and has significantly reduced or even eliminated my neck pain. We first looked for a new bed for our bedroom in several large furniture stores. After 20 satisfied years with a waterbed, we now want to switch to another system. This should be of equal or better quality and have a high entry. This led us in the direction of high quality box spring beds.
Since I suffer from a strong allergy to dust mites it is important to us that
The border and headboard of the bed be easy to keep dust-free. Dust must also be easy to remove from under the bed frame.
Research in various furniture stores led us to a preferred box spring bed from the manufacturer Svane. This offers a high lying comfort . Unfortunately, detailed planning with regard to our other requirements was not satisfactory.
Thereupon we informed ourselves about the website of the manufacturer Svane for further dealers in our proximity, which carry Svane bed systems.
In addition to the furniture stores we already knew, a store specializing in sleep systems was listed: Die Schlafprofis.
It was easy to make an appointment for a consultation online. In addition to the desired type of consultation, you could already formulate your specific requirements and wishes before the appointment.
The consultation itself was accordingly customized to our needs.
We were able to test various Svane mattresses and also try out different (electric) slatted frames. Relatively quickly we found our favorites.
To match, we chose a solid wood bed, which is not only visually eye-catching, but also meets all the requirements for easy maintenance and dust-free. We have already ordered our complete bed system and are looking forward to the delivery.
