Mr. Scherl assisted us in our search for an apartment. An appointment for the apartment viewing was quickly possible. Mr. Scherl was very nice and competent. Furthermore, he took time for our questions and answered them to our satisfaction. All agreements were kept and we were very satisfied.

Very satisfied, you reach your property manager and also get an answer immediately. Mrs. Ackermann is a nice polite person who you can contact at any time.
In case of problems, one is helped immediately. At WBG Stadtfeld, you are very well taken care of.

Each of our requests was answered quickly and meaningfully. At the handover of the apartment, I noticed just the little things positive, such as the same the mailbox, bell plate and electricity meter with our names were provided. (printed out by machine). With other housing companies or their mediators, we had unfortunately dien experience made, the timely feedback and reliable statements such as the amount of the rent were not always the matter of course.
