Thiel is certainly not responsible for the long delivery time of my CUPRA Formentor.
The same applies to the offer and service of the car rental company "Enterprise"
There is certainly room for improvement (accessibility / prices).

Not to be recommended. After a flat tire, the dealership did not manage to get a tire within a week. I then did this myself. The agreed rate for the rental car rose from €35 per day to €80 from the second day. Outrageous. Never again Thiel Paderborn.

When I am asked about my personal experiences with Karl Thiel AG, I can't think of any words to describe them, they were so bad. I will never again set foot in this dealership, which treats customers with absolute ignorance. It would go beyond the scope of this article to list all my negative experiences, without words.
If there are currently problems with a vehicle, Karl Thiel AG sees itself as an agency and not as a contact partner, you have to argue with the large VAG group and recognize where you stand...

Very nice car dealership in Paderborn on Detmolder Straße.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, the customer is not helped in many cases, as the service, at least in the car area, is regularly overwhelmed with current vehicle functions, does not know many vehicle functions and in many cases cannot solve problems.
In the event of postponements of vehicle purchase dates, the customer is not actively informed. Even in repeated cases, it seems that the customer is expected to call and ask whether the promised date will be kept.

I bought an Audi a4 Avant from this dealership in 2017. Afterwards, it turned out that the car had rear damage according to the vehicle history. The car was painted and dented. I wrote to the dealer via a lawyer. No response!!!!! They deny it. Although it would have been visible in the vehicle history. You can expect a car dealer to make sure that everything is in order. Just sad. I will never buy a car there again!!!!!

No interest whatsoever in selling a car. The sales advisor I got in touch with didn't even turn on the light in the office. Then I was told that the model I wanted was currently not available and that was that. The miserable rest had to be pulled out of the employee's nose. I can do without something like that. Never again!

After an accident - serious rear-end collision - quick and uncomplicated repair. I thought the provision of the rental car and the exchange of my repaired car at my home was great. The car looks like new, top performance from the service team and especially the workshop team. I can recommend Autohaus Thiel without reservation. Only the staff in the call center - the accident happened outside regular opening hours - seemed a bit uncoordinated to me.

Mr. Guski understood our wishes exactly, created an all-round carefree package for us at an attractive price and was very committed to implementing all agreements as quickly as possible.
