Dirk Rauh

Over the years, I have taken part in a number of presentations, seminars and training courses in the field of leadership development.
Despite different speakers and some interesting and well-founded content, there was always one thing in common at the end: there was a (huge) lack of practical implementation.

Through a management training course on site, I came into contact with Dirk, who has now been supporting me in my daily work for almost six months as part of his PEP (Personal Success Program).

He transforms the deep and practical insights he gains into very valuable feedback. It doesn't matter whether he puts his finger in the wound or praises certain things, the criticism is multi-layered and accurate.
Dirk knows that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions for leadership tasks, but he still provides me with amazing tips, recommendations and impulses that are not only immediately implementable, but also have an immediate effect.

His coaching sessions are challenging and solution-oriented.
