Water in the cellar after pump damage at the weekend:: Dirks immediately cleaned up the shaft and replaced the pump in a problem-oriented manner. The commitment of the employees far exceeded expectations.
The billing was fair and comprehensible in all respects.

Recommendation
Installation of a PV system with storage and wallbox.

Consultation and conceptualization have been perfectly worked out for our home. The plant is in operation since the beginning of 2023 and all calculation/economics, have occurred as it was planned. And also better.

Installation, forms for authorities and optimization of the plant even after completion of the plant were implemented by all employees of the various departments great. Many thanks for the great implementation and always happy to work with Dirks again.

Recommendation
We got a heat pump in combination with a PV system. The advice was very good and after placing the order all components were available and the installation could start at short notice. All work was well coordinated and professionally executed. All employees went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done quickly. This cannot be taken for granted. Therefore, I can unreservedly recommend Dirks. Best regards to all from Borken, the cooperation was a great pleasure. U.S.

Nothing special, handicraft business just.
Friendly workers, but that's what you expect.
Project management also friendly and cares about a lot, but that's also your job.
Invoices / offers are unfortunately very confusing.
But here everyone does his job and that's what you expect.
So everything satisfactory, but nothing special.
Except the planning was really great, because the planned fit exactly to our ideas, that's something special.
I would recommend, but would point out exactly the problems.
