The handling and cooperation with the Sangerhausen branch was without complaint and very courteous. However, the sales culture now leaves a lot to be desired. My assessment is based on years of experience as a customer in your company since the Sangerhausen branch was established. I have always been fully satisfied with the service and contact. The reason for my displeasure, however, is the fact that I have still not received a service booklet for my new vehicle after asking Mr. Sand several times. I was only given the owner's manual without any vehicle folder and the contract documents loose when the vehicle was handed over. Any documents relating to Eurocare etc. are not available.
I can therefore only answer the question about the recommendation of DiT Göttingen GmbH with "no" at the moment. Perhaps you will take care of my problem, because I would hate to lose confidence in the very good cooperation we have had so far.
