You know it often that you are contacted by recruitment agencies, but most of the time you have to realize that either your own profile was not read correctly or the consultant does not really have much knowledge. In the case of Domsel Consulting this is absolutely not the case. Here you will be advised simply class in all aspects. I was very surprised how good the knowledge of Mrs. Domsel about my profession is. The advice was always very friendly and you felt well taken care of. If you had a question, it was answered immediately or it was immediately taken care of that you get an answer.
One does not feel here like a customer who is only to make money somewhere! Mrs. Domsel was in my case always very concerned that the offer really corresponds to my ideas and that was simply a super consultation. Thank you for your great work and to all who come in contact with Domsel Consulting I wish a lot of fun in the "cooperation" to find the right job.

Having previously worked in the personnel services industry myself, I did not have high expectations of Domsel Consulting at first. Mr. Domsel has completely changed my image in this respect. Applicants receive honest and competent advice. It is not only tried to place the applicant somewhere. Attention is paid to which profession suits one. As an academic, my advice is to simply send your resume to Domsel Consulting and wait for feedback.

As I am also a GmbH shareholder, I would also like to give feedback from an entrepreneur's point of view:
1.Quality: Mr. Domsel does not introduce anyone to the company if he is not completely sure. In addition, a talent analysis leads to a safe match, so that there is no fluctuation afterwards.

2. price: in contrast to the "best-known" personnel service providers, the customer knows in advance what costs will be incurred.

I was very enthusiastic and find Domsel Consulting highly recommendable.

The trainers were good. The only thing was that the delegates were from a too low level regarding working with Adobe connect/Ford Webex. Soo there for, some parts of the training took too long.
