I'm glad I was able to get rid of the food cravings with you, they were almost bulimic. Now I have an inner stop voice inside me that watches over me when it gets too much with the food. I feel much calmer and more relaxed, no comparison to before. It's still a bit unfamiliar to handle myself well, I guess I have to practice some more, and best start eating healthier, then maybe other things will come in order, like you said, I hope.
